HIGH VISIBILITY

A four-post cab with 5m2 of glass area ensures excellent visibility to the front, rear and both sides. There’s even a roof window to aid loader work and ensure items can be safely raised and lowered from height with the need to move forward in the seat.

EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE

The 2.9-litre FPT engine fitted to Farmall 55-75 A tractors is one of the most fuel-efficient of its type, and has no diesel exhaust fluid (DEF/AdBlue) requirement. Featuring common rail fuelling technology, it produces constant power from 1,900-2,300rpm, and maximum torque at 1,400rpm, making it easy to maintain an economic and efficient performance. The exhaust can quickly be converted between vertical and horizontal positions according to the work in hand. Oil change interval is 600hrs.
MAXIMUM TRACTION

Base specification for Farmall 55-75 A tractors is a 2wd front axle, but all models can be specified with 4wd. Transmission on 2wd models is a 12F/12R mechanical with 30kph top speed, while the standard package for 4wd Farmall 55-75 A tractors is a 12F/12R mechanical shuttle with 40kph top speed and a 20F/20R creeper option for speeds down to 100 metres/hr. As an option, 4wd models can also be specified with a 12F/12R powershuttle for clutchless forward/reverse operation.
POWER ANY IMPLEMENT

The three-point linkage fitted to Farmall 55-75 A tractors offers a lift capacity of 2,700kg, with an optional assister ram boosting this up to 3,000kg supplied by 47 l/min of oil flow. Equipped with a 540rpm PTO as standard, a 540/540E rpm alternative for fuel savings is available in option where light-duty tasks are a key requirement, and a 540/540E/ground speed option.
